| For OrganizersThe following Terms and Conditions ("TOS") apply to your use as a buyer or non-organizer on Circle21. This includes (a) the Circle21 website and all related domains ("Site"), (b) any services provided through the Site in connection with events listed, and (c) any associated software. The Services are owned and managed by Circle21. By using or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to comply with these TOS and all relevant policies published by Circle21. If you do not accept any of these terms, you must not use the Services.
Circle21 reserves the right to update or modify the TOS at any time. It is your responsibility to review the TOS periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the modified terms. If any changes are not acceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop using the Services.
While we may provide translations of these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy for your convenience, the English version will prevail in case of any inconsistencies between translations.
Circle21 offers a user-friendly platform for event organizers to manage and collect payments from attendees ("Buyers" or "you"). Organizers can list events, manage pricing, and gather registration fees directly through the Site. All payments are processed via third-party services such as Stripe or PayPal. These TOS apply to you as a Buyer or non-organizer. If you are an Organizer, please refer to the relevant Terms of Service for Organizers.
Circle21 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Services for browsing, searching, registering for, and interacting with events listed on the Site. You agree to use the Services only for legal purposes and in accordance with these TOS.

If software is made available to you in connection with the Services, Circle21 grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use it solely for your personal use. The software is subject to export control laws and must be used in compliance with all applicable laws.
Organizers and Buyers handle all payment transactions via third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal. The respective terms of service for these payment providers apply.
Refund policies are the responsibility of the Organizer. If you require a refund, contact the event’s Organizer directly. Circle21 is not liable for refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or any disputes related to chargebacks.
When registering for the Services, you must provide accurate and complete information. If Circle21 suspects any inaccuracies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify Circle21 immediately. Circle21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from Circle21.
If you submit content to the Site, you grant Circle21 a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for any purpose. You guarantee that you have the rights to share this content and that it complies with all applicable laws.

Circle21 reserves the right to monitor and remove any content that violates these TOS. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice.
You agree to comply with local laws regarding online conduct and content, particularly those governing the transmission of data across borders. The Services are subject to U.S. export controls and may not be used in countries prohibited by U.S. law.
You agree to indemnify Circle21 and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of the TOS, or infringement of third-party rights.
Circle21 may modify or suspend the Services at any time without notice or liability.
Circle21 may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content stored on the Site.
Circle21 is not responsible for the availability or content of any third-party websites linked to from the Site.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Circle21 disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Circle21 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. In no event shall Circle21’s liability exceed $100.
All information collected or provided by you through the Services is governed by Circle21’s Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review this policy for details on how your personal data is handled.
Notices from Circle21 may be sent via email or regular mail. Any notice you send to Circle21 should be directed to the contact information provided on the Site.
All trademarks and service marks displayed on the Site belong to Circle21 or their respective owners. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission.
These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Circle21 regarding the use of the Services. Any additional terms or agreements must be in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these TOS will be resolved through binding arbitration in United Kingdom.
